The food writing Strawbridge Kitchen delivers is founded on James’ publishing experience and showcases an ability to tailor new and innovative recipes to meet any customer demands.
James has extensive experience as a food writer, having written several books with major publishers, regular articles and commercial marketing materials.
James has written ten internationally published books on artisan crafts, preserving food and traditional skills. His most recent book is The Artisan Kitchen will be published by DK Sep 2020, for which he was not only the author but also illustrator and art director.
